Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Hayat Abaya. If something isn’t right, you may return your item following the terms below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags and packaging must be intact.

  • You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

UK Returns – Prepaid Label 

We make returns simple with Royal Mail Click & Drop.

How to return:

  1. Please email us at info@hayatabayas.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label (or QR code).

  3. Take your parcel to any Post Office and present the label/QR code.

  4. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Cost:

  • The return shipping cost will always be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for all return costs, regardless of reason.

 

International Returns

  • Email us at info@hayatabayas.com to request a return address and approval.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed abayas.

  • Items with perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks.

  • Items returned after the return window.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Allow 5–10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
