Eligibility for Return

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.

You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
UK Returns – Prepaid Label
We make returns simple with Royal Mail Click & Drop.
How to return:

Please email us at info@hayatabayas.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label (or QR code).

Take your parcel to any Post Office and present the label/QR code.

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Cost:

The return shipping cost will always be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for all return costs, regardless of reason.
International Returns

Email us at info@hayatabayas.com to request a return address and approval.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items

Worn or washed abayas.

Items with perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks.

Items returned after the return window.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Allow 5–10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
